Thank you for using bizza.co.za (the "Website").
This page states the terms under which you may use the Website. By accessing or contributing to the Website you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.

A. Intellectual property

  • The content of the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software and trademarks are the property of bizza and are protected by copyright and other laws. bizza does not tolerate copyright infringement and will actively pursue any known infringement to the full extent of the law.
  • Content supplied by users and clients remains copyright to said users. By adding content to the Website you agree to allow use thereof by bizza free of royalties and for any purpose deemed fit by bizza

B. Restrictions on use

  • You may not copy, reproduce, republish, disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer, download, post, broadcast, transmit, make available to the public, or otherwise use bizza's content in any way except for your own personal use. Nor may you use the Website to create, amend, update or verify any databases, directories, customer lists, mailing lists or other records.
  • Email addresses are never published on this site, Sole access to users is by form to mail and use of bizza data as a source or target for direct marketing, telemarketing, market research, or any other marketing activity on yours, or someone else's behalf, is strictly prohibited.
  • Spam emails sent via this system will lead to black listing of your service providers IP

  • bizza do not guarantee the timeliness, completeness or performance of the Website or any of the content. While we try to ensure that all content featured on the Website is correct at the time of publication, no responsibility is accepted by Imagimedia for any errors, omissions or inaccurate content on the Website.
  • We will not be liable for any loss or damage, financial or otherwise as a result of you using the information provided on the Website, nor does bizza guarantee the suitability or quality of any products or services featured on the Website.
  • bizza does not warrant that access to the Website or the features on the Website will be uninterrupted or error free. Nor does bizza warrant that the server on which the Website is based is free of Viruses or other harmful code.

D. Contributions to the site

  • Contributions made to the Website are encouraged, providing they are made in a responsible manner and are in no way inaccurate, defamatory or misleading.
  • bizza reserves the right, without any obligation whatsoever, to review, correct, remove or modify any content submitted to the website.
  • By submitting a recommendation or review to the website you are accepting that your name and facebook account will be displayed on the Website.

E. Privacy Policy

  • We reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to your account and this website, such as service announcements and administrative messages without offering you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving them.
  • We are not spammers and every email we send specifically applies the legal requirements as per the Communications act of 2002
  • We will send the occassional marketing letter and every letter will have an option to opt out of any future marketing messages
  • Our partners may send you the occassional newsletter or marketing message. Every email will have explicit opt out instructions
  • You may not use, or allow others to use, your account to:
    • Post any content that is abusive or defamatory or which discloses private or personal matters concerning any person.
    • Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with anyone or entity.

F. General

  • If you see any content on the site that is incorrect, is illegal or breaches anyone else's rights, please contact us.
  • bizza may change, alter or modify these Terms at any time without warning or notice. Any changes to these Terms will be posted on the Website. If you do not agree to Terms on this page, you should cease use of the Website.

G. Spam

  • We define what is spam on this site, Our decision is final, It will not be democratically decided by anyone.
  • Spam is defined as any adult product or service, any non topical entry, any entry advertising any product or service not covered in the area this website covers, any MLM, Network marketing or pyramid schemes, advertising jobs that require payment of a registration fee, making money from home opportunities or other get rich quick schemes. Should we find advertisers abusing this policy, an invoice of R 25000.00 will be issued to any abuser from Southern Africa, and $ 25000.00 US for others, and legal action will be taken to recover the funds.

H. Customer Reviews

  • By default, when you add your business to bizza as a business you accept that your company can be reviewed by your customers and other users of the Website.
  • If your company receives a negative review, you have the ability to respond underneath the review, posting your side of the story. It's very possible that you can turn the bad review into a positive situation by publically demonstrating your level of customer support.
  • All negative reviews that are submitted to bizza must be constructive, i.e. they describe what products / services were purchased and objectively explain why the customer was unhappy. Negative reviews which don't conform to these rules will be removed.
  • At our discretion, reviewers who make personal attacks on individuals will have their account closed.
  • Negative reviews will only be removed from a company's profile if:
    • They are malicious or offensive
    • They are posted under a false name
    • They are not deemed constructive as described above.
    • Any company receiving bad reviews consistently will be removed from the listings and added into a not recommended category

Business and Product Listings

I Advertising your business on bizza

  • The Information you provide in relation to your business must be accurate and truthful.
  • bizza reserve the right to refuse any entry without prejudice or reasons.
  • Your company may appear in the Featured business listing rotation for your location (business index, events and classifieds)
  • We will do a keyword report based on industry or product searches
  • We will write a keyword optimised profile based on information supplied
  • You are to supply all images and content in digital format
  • Initial payment to be supplied with content
  • You are responsible for ensuring that the information held is correct
  • Information held on the database includes
    • Company Name
    • Contact person (marketing)
    • Tel and other contact numbers
    • Email address
    • Website address
    • Physical address
    • Profile as created

J. Payment

1. Fees
  • All Fees are payable monthly, or annually in advance
  • Discounts offered for early settlement are only applicable as per dates and times offered
  • Any discounts offered for any reason are only valid if payment has been made timeously
  • 5% Settlement discount for payments within 24 hours of invoice
  • A service fee of R 100.00 per month will be levied on overdue accounts
  • 3% interest per month will be added to all overdue accounts
  • Any invoices handed over for collection will be subjected to 6% interest per month, collection agency and attorney costs
